Bio

Mike holds a B.S. in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University and a juris doctorate from Ohio Northern University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and has over seventeen years of experience as an elected State’s Attorney. His prosecution work includes various cases, from misdemeanors to first-degree murder. Mike has instructed on DUI investigations, asset forfeiture, and compliance with the SAFE-T Act. He graduated from the Illinois Basic Law Enforcement Academy and has experience collaborating with multiple law enforcement agencies. Mike is also a husband and father who enjoys target shooting, hunting, and golfing with his wife and daughter.
