Officer Worn Body Camera Recording Redactions is an ILETSB-approved course that provides guidance on key legal intersections, including the Body Camera Act, Illinois FOIA, SAFE-T Act, and the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA). Officers will learn to manage body camera footage redaction and understand the interactions between these laws, along with the challenges posed by time constraints on understaffed agencies.
